Art Basel, one of the biggest Art Fairs in the world, happens every June. Over 300 galleries from all around the world bring work to Basel and the town is full of interesting things to do and see. It's been going for over 20 years and the main venue is one of the biggest buildings I've ever seen. It goes for blocks, with air bridges over the roads.
There's a sort of fringe happening that goes along with it and it was held in a beautiful 15th century nunnery by the Rhein.
There's not much else to be said about it really, except that it was amazing, and exhausting.

I left Basel for Dubai right in the middle of it, but I don't think I could have survived another day.
