Doreen and I took some much needed R & R from compiling family histories and laying around reading (me). We went along to the next bay, Matapouri, then Sandy Bay, both gorgeous. I can see the appeal of living up here.

Lots of surfers at Sandy BayJohn and Doreen have a pretty good life up there on the yacht, but my Tutukaka visa ran out, and I've come back to Auckland. Harry was so relieved to see me.
